Linda Kennedy

I was born and raised in the “garden state” of New Jersey. After 33 years there, while visiting a friend living in Cascade, I fell in love with Colorado. I moved here in 1997 with my young son and have since married my wonderful husband. Needless to say our family has grown. After working for over 25 years in healthcare, I realized that I truly have enjoyed caring for and listening to people and making that “personal” connection with them.

I’ve watched our little piece of Colorado go through many changes since I first arrived. I’ve personally lived in several different areas, from the mountains of Teller County to the beautiful plains of Calhan and Peyton. I’ve experienced home buying, selling, and have even gone through the process of finding and purchasing land and building new homes.

The whole process sparked my interest to say the least and is the main reason that I became a real estate agent.

With real estate being my passion, I enjoy sharing my experiences and what I have learned with others. I’m eager to make that “personal” connection with people who, like me, have made or want to make Colorado their home.
